Age UK Norwich is open to callers Monday to Friday from 10.00 am - 4.00 pm except on Wednesdays when our opening hours are 10.00 am - 2.00 pm.

Our telephone lines are open from 9.30 am - 4.00 pm on Monday - Fridays except Wednesdays when they are open from 9.30 am - 2.00 pm

    Age UK Norwich is situated in Boardman House, Redwell Street.Which is next to St Michael at Plea Church, at the top of St Andrews.Car parking is available nearby at St Andrews car park, the Monastery Court car park (towards the top of Elm Hill) and there are also a limited number of on road 'Pay and Display' spaces close by.     We are an independent charity, part of the Age Concern Federation, working to improve the quality of life for all older people in and around the city of Norwich regardless of gender, ethnic origin or sexual orientation. Registered Charity no: 1094623

    You can find details of other Age Concerns across the UK and worldwide on the  Age UK website.

  • Age Concern Norwich has changed its working name to Age UK Norwich, following the merger of Age Concern England and Help the Aged to form Age UK. Our new logo and name are being introduced as old copies are used up.

    Many other local, independent Age Concerns across the country will be forming a partnership with Age UK over the coming months and changing their own name and logo.
